We understand that sometimes things need to change. Our cancellation policy is that if more than 24 hours notice is given then a full refund in the form of a gift certificate for another Bike fit session will be held valid for 3 months from your initial appointment date.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your Credit Card will be charged the full amount at time of booking.

Any no shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not receive any refund.

Payment is made at time of booking and your appointment is set as tentative until your payment is cleared. (You can check your appointment status at any time in clickbook)

After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.

Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
